Privacy Policy

We collect information you give us and information collected automatically.

• Contact & business details you submit through lead forms, proposals, discovery questionnaires, or messages — such as your name, email address, phone number, company name, and project requirements.
• Payment information processed to set up and run your subscription. Card details are entered directly with our payment processor (Stripe); we do not store full card numbers — only limited details such as the card brand and last four digits.
• Communications you exchange with us by email, SMS, chat, or scheduled calls, including their content and metadata.
• Consent records capturing whether and when you agreed to be contacted by SMS or email, including the text shown to you, the time, and the IP address.
• Usage & device data such as IP address, browser, pages viewed, and similar diagnostics, collected automatically when you use the portal.

• Provide, build, deploy, host, and manage your website and the services you request.
• Communicate with you about leads, proposals, your project, billing, and support.
• Process payments and manage your subscription.
• Operate, secure, and improve the portal and our services.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

Digitex sends SMS messages only to recipients who have provided prior express consent. You opt in by checking the SMS-consent box on our intake form (it is not pre-checked) or by texting us first. We keep a record of your consent, including the time and the exact disclosure shown to you.

The text messages we send may include:

• appointment and discovery-call reminders;
• proposal and project-status updates;
• billing and payment notifications;
• account and security alerts; and
• replies from customer support.

We do not send promotional or marketing texts without separate, clearly-labeled opt-in.

• Message frequency varies based on your account activity and the services you request (for example, billing cycles and project milestones); you may receive recurring messages.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to any message to opt out of further texts. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at hello@godigitex.com.
• Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• No mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or consent information are shared or sold to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

We send transactional and service emails related to your account, proposals, billing, and project. Marketing emails contain a clear unsubscribe link. You can opt out at any time, at no cost, without logging in. We process opt-out requests within 10 business days, and each unsubscribe link stays active for at least 30 days after the message is sent. You can also email hello@godigitex.com to opt out. Transactional and service messages about your account, billing, and project are not marketing and may continue after you opt out of marketing.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf to deliver the services. Each acts as a “service provider” or “processor” under a written contract that prohibits selling the information or using it for its own purposes:

• Stripe — payment processing and subscriptions.
• Twilio — SMS messaging.
• Twilio SendGrid — email delivery and inbound email.
• Vercel — hosting and deployment of the portal and client sites.
• Neon — database hosting.
• Anthropic — AI assistance used to generate and edit website content from your brief.
• Pusher and 8x8 (Jitsi) — real-time messaging and video calls.

We may also disclose information to comply with the law, respond to lawful requests, protect our rights, or in connection with a business transfer.

The portal uses cookies that are strictly necessary to sign you in, keep you signed in, and operate core features. We do not use advertising or cross-context behavioral-advertising cookies. You can control cookies through your browser, though some features may not work without them.

We keep each category of information only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected:

• account, project, and communication records — for as long as your account or relationship is active and a reasonable period afterward;
• billing and signed-agreement records — as required by tax, accounting, and legal obligations;
• SMS and email consent records — for at least four years to evidence your opt-in;
• immutable legal and audit records — retained as designed for integrity and compliance.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• know about and access the personal information we hold about you;
• correct inaccurate personal information;
• delete your personal information;
• receive a portable copy of your information;
• opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and of targeted advertising; and
• not be discriminated against for exercising your rights.

We do not sell or “share” personal information and do not use it for targeted/cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA).

Digitex operates online and has a direct relationship with its customers, so email is our designated method for rights requests: email hello@godigitex.com. We will verify your request before acting on it.

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including encryption of sensitive credentials and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The portal is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you.
